Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Tonite Gonzalez-Collins is an Mexican American journalist. She's an ESPN anchor for news and also hosts SportsNation often. She began her career at ESPN in the year of 2016. She is the daughter television journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is bi-lingual since nine years old, a valuable talent that enabled her to get her first position in the production department at Univision in Miami which gave her the chance to work with the producers of National programs like Nuestra Belleza Latina, Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud and Primer Impacto. The CBS station located in St. Petersburg hired her following this to become the sports reporter. Then, in 2009 the news reporter moved to Rio Grande Valley Texas where she worked for KNVO TV 48 Univision as in addition to Fox2 News. The city of Mexico City she was conceived on November 22nd 1985. There is an older sister. The family moved from Mexico to Miami in 1992 after leaving Mexico. In 1992, the couple divorced soon after. In 1995, she was remarried Fabio Fajardo, an engineer in the naval sector who passed away in 2006 from kidney cancer. In June of the year 2006, Antonietta spent a week with her sister at Canton Ohio. The older Collins girl was working at the time. Antonietta was a senior in high school, yet she was clear about the career she was looking for. When she was deciding whether Mount Union would be a good fit for her, Antonietta decided to go visit the campus. It was a beautiful campus and offered the degree she sought. She graduated from school and was went to the university as a major in media studies. Mark Bergmann was her professor as well as the director of WRMU in which she is a member. They developed a close connection. His passion for journalism and confidence in her own abilities instilled confidence in her. In turn, she attempted to live up to his expectations and never disappoint him.
